Using the App

Q. The app keeps force-closing.

A. If location access is turned off, the app may force-close. Please allow location access in your phone's settings and relaunch the app. For details, please see this PDF.

Q. Can I use the app in areas with poor connectivity?

A. In general, the app cannot be used in areas with poor connectivity. However, for TrackLogs, as long as you have connectivity at the start and end of recording, the TrackLog will continue to be recorded even if connectivity drops during travel.

If you have flight mode enabled, GPS is also turned off, so TrackLog recording is not available.

Q. My phone is set to Japanese but the app displays in English.

A. Go to "Menu" → "Settings" → "Language Settings" in the app and select Japanese.

Q. Can I use the app for corporate training?

A. For corporate or organizational use of the app, please contact the WheeLog! office in advance.
