Q. My TrackLog isn't being recorded.​

A. TrackLogs are not recorded if the distance is too short, or if moving slower than 1 km/h or faster than 20 km/h. The feature is optimized for wheelchair travel.

Q. My TrackLog route isn't being recorded correctly.​

A. GPS accuracy decreases in underground areas and inside buildings, making it difficult to measure location precisely. Accuracy also decreases between tall buildings. Some devices allow you to configure measurement accuracy — if available, set it to higher accuracy.

Q. Can able-bodied people record TrackLogs while walking?​

A. No. Please record TrackLogs while actually using a wheelchair.

Q. What do the different TrackLog colors mean?​

A. The color varies by wheelchair type.

  • Purple: Self-propelled
  • Pink: Electric
  • Light blue: Attendant-propelled
  • Yellow-green: Stretcher-type
