Unsupported Data

1. Data with Only "Other" Category​

  • Data where all spot categories are "Other", "Barrier", etc. cannot be imported.

  • Do not group all facility data (restrooms, elevators, parking, ramps) under a single "Other" category — please separate them into their respective categories.

  • The "Other" category should only be used for items that don't fall under restroom, elevator, parking, or ramp.

2. Data Without Latitude/Longitude​

  • Latitude and longitude information is required to display spots on the map.

  • Data without latitude/longitude cannot be imported.

3. Road/Route Data​

  • To display barrier-free routes on the WheeLog! map, actual measurement data using the WheeLog! app (TrackLogs) is required.

  • Route information submitted as open data cannot be imported.
